Active Grille Shutter: Installation

Install the ambient sensor.

Install the active grille shutter.
Tightening torque:

7.5 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)

Connect the connector to the active grille shutter actuator.

Connect the connector to the ambient sensor.

Install the bumper face front. Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Front Bumper>INSTALLATION .
Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Refer to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
When the active grille shutter has been replaced, perform the calibration (execute the system operation check for ACTGS control). Refer to ENGINE (DIAGNOSTICS) (H4DO)>ACTIVE TEST .
