Entertainment System: Camera: Removal: Rear
- IMPREZA MODEL (4 DOOR MODEL)
- Disconnect the ground terminal from 12V engine restart battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
- Remove the trim panel - trunk lid. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>TRUNK ROOM TRIM>REMOVAL .
- Remove the rearview camera assembly.CAUTION: Do not drop or apply any impact to the rearview camera because it is a precision equipment.
- IMPREZA MODEL (5 DOOR MODEL)/CROSSTREK MODEL
- Disconnect the ground terminal from 12V engine restart battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY
.NOTE: For the hybrid model, disconnect the battery negative terminal.
- Remove the trim panel - rear gate. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>REAR GATE TRIM>REMOVAL .
- Remove the garnish assembly - rear gate. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>REAR GATE GARNISH>REMOVAL .
- Remove the rearview camera assembly.CAUTION: Do not drop or apply any impact to the rearview camera because it is a precision equipment.
- Disconnect the ground terminal from 12V engine restart battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY
