Unit Inspection

  1. Inspection of the windshield wiper switch ASSY
    1. Measurement of the resistance
      1. Measure the resistance between connector terminals.

        Resistance 

      STANDARD VALUE SPECIFICATION - FRONT WIPER SWITCH

      Inspection terminals (Terminal symbol) Inspection conditions (switch over) Standard value
      D58-3 (+1) - D58-2 (+B) MIST Less than 1 Ω
      D58-3 (+1) - D58-1 (+S) OFF
      D58-3 (+1) - D58-1 (+S) INT
      D58-3 (+1) - D58-2 (+B) LO
      D58-4 (+2) - D58-2 (+B) HI
      STANDARD VALUE SPECIFICATION - FRONT WASHER SWITCH
