Diagnostic Method

Detect the trouble by calculating the response time of the rear oxygen sensor after fuel cut.

Judge as NG when the following conditions are established.

JUDGMENT VALUE SPECIFICATION

Malfunction Criteria	Threshold Value
Rear oxygen sensor voltage value	Less than 0.5 V
Elapsed time	More than 4500 ms

Time needed for diagnosis: Less than 1 s

Malfunction indicator light illumination: Illuminates when malfunction occurs in 2 continuous driving cycles.
