DTC B16F3: Front Sub Sensor LH Recognition Error
Diagnosis start condition:
Ignition voltage is 10 V to 16 V.
DTC detecting condition:
Front sub sensor LH is wrongly installed.
CAUTION:
Before performing diagnosis, refer to "CAUTION" in "General Description". Refer to AIRBAG SYSTEM (DIAGNOSTICS)>GENERAL DESCRIPTION>CAUTION .
- REPLACE FRONT SUB SENSOR.
- Turn the ignition switch to OFF, disconnect the battery ground cable, and wait for 60 seconds or more.
- Replace the front sub sensor LH with a genuine sensor. Refer to AIRBAG SYSTEM>FRONT SUB SENSOR>REMOVAL .
Does the warning light go off?
Yes: Finish the diagnosis.
No: Replace the airbag control module, Refer to AIRBAG SYSTEM>AIRBAG CONTROL MODULE>REMOVAL .
