Starting System & Charging System (Except For STI): Battery: Removal

  1. Remove the battery sensor. Refer to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS (EXCEPT FOR STI)>BATTERY SENSOR>REMOVAL .
  2. Disconnect the positive terminal of battery.
  3. Remove the battery cable holder from the battery rod.
  4. Remove the flange nut from battery rod and remove battery holder.

  5. Remove the battery.
