Diagnostic Method

Judge as NG when one of the following conditions is established.

JUDGMENT VALUE SPECIFICATION

Malfunction Criteria Threshold Value
| (A/D voltage for control - previous A/D voltage for control)| ≤ 0.2 V
| (A/D voltage for observation - previous A/D voltage for observation)| ≤ 0.2 V

Time needed for diagnosis:  200 ms

Malfunction indicator light illumination:  Illuminates as soon as a malfunction occurs.
