DTC detecting condition:

Immediately at fault recognition

CHECK DTC OF VDC.
Read the VDC DTC using the Subaru Select Monitor or general scan tool. Refer to VEHICLE DYNAMICS CONTROL (VDC) (DIAGNOSTICS)>READ DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) .

Is DTC of VDC displayed? (Current malfunction)

Yes: Perform the diagnosis according to DTC. Refer to VEHICLE DYNAMICS CONTROL (VDC) (DIAGNOSTICS)>LIST OF DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) .

No: Repair the poor contact of ECM connector.
