DTC B2274: Acc Relay Control Circuit: DTC detecting condition

When any of the following conditions is established.

• Both ACC output ON and output circuit monitor result OFF continues for 10 seconds.
• ACC output OFF and output circuit monitor result ON both continues for 10 seconds.
