Auto Vehicle Hold Switch: Inspection

- Measure the resistance between connector terminals.
Preparation tool:
Circuit tester
- Measure the resistance between AVH switch terminals.
Terminal No. Inspection conditions Standard 1 - 4 Switch OFF 1 Mft or more Switch ON Less than 1 ft - Apply battery voltage between the connector terminals to check lighting condition of illumination inside the switch.
Terminal No. Inspection conditions Specification 2 (+) - 3 (-) Apply battery voltage. Light ON
- Measure the resistance between AVH switch terminals.
- Replace the AVH switch if the inspection result is not within the standard value.
