Front Engine Oil Cooler Pipe

  1. Connect the water hose to the front engine oil cooler pipe.
  2. Connect the water hose (lower), and install the bolts of front engine oil cooler pipe.

    Tightening torque: 

    6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)

  3. Connect the water hose (upper) to the engine oil cooler.
  4. Secure the oil level switch harness with clip, and connect the connector.
  5. Connect the connectors of oil pressure switch and engine oil temperature sensor.
  6. Install the center exhaust pipe (front), Ref. to EXHAUST (H4DOTC)>CENTER EXHAUST PIPE>INSTALLATION>CENTER EXHAUST PIPE (FRONT) .
  7. Install the reservoir tank, Ref. to COOLING (H4DOTC)>RESERVOIR TANK>INSTALLATION .
  8. Connect the ground cable to battery, Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  9. Fill engine coolant, Ref. to COOLING (H4DOTC)>ENGINE COOLANT>REPLACEMENT>FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT .
