Engine Wiring Harness: Removal

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to NOTE>BATTERY .
  2. Remove the intake manifold. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (EXCEPT FOR STI)>Intake Manifold>REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the fuel insulator. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (EXCEPT FOR STI)>Fuel Insulator>REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the Engine Control Module (ECM). Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (EXCEPT FOR STI)>Engine Control Module (ECM)>REMOVAL .
  5. Disconnect the connector from the engine.

  6. Remove the engine wiring harness.

  7. Remove the harness stay.
