Diagnostic Method

If the duration of time while the following conditions are met is longer than the time indicated, judge as NG.

JUDGMENT VALUE SPECIFICATION

Malfunction Criteria Threshold Value
Throttle position when the ignition switch is ON - Throttle minimum stop position < 2.6% (sensor 1)
< 2.6% (sensor 2)

Time needed for diagnosis:  200 ms

Malfunction indicator light illumination:  Illuminates as soon as a malfunction occurs.
