DTC P0500: Vehicle Speed Sensor "A" Circuit: Notes

DTC DETECTING CONDITION: 

Immediately at fault recognition

TROUBLE SYMPTOM: 

VDC does not operate.

1. CHECK DTC. 

   Read the DTC of VDC system using the Subaru Select Monitor.

   Is DTC displayed?

   Yes:  Perform the diagnosis according to DTC. Ref. to VEHICLE DYNAMICS CONTROL (VDC) (DIAGNOSTICS)>LIST OF DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC)

   No:  Repair the poor contact of connector and harness between VDCCM&H/U and wheel speed sensor.
