Clutch Switch: Removal

CAUTION: Before handling the airbag system components, refer to "CAUTION" of "General Description" in "AIRBAG SYSTEM". Ref. to CAUTION , General Description.
  1. Turn the ignition switch to OFF.
  2. Disconnect the ground cable from battery and wait for at least 60 seconds before starting work. Ref. to BATTERY .
  3. Remove the cover assembly - instrument panel LWR driver. Ref. to REMOVAL , Instrument Panel Lower Cover.
  4. Remove the knee airbag module. Ref. to REMOVAL , Knee Airbag Module.
  5. Disconnect the connectors of the clutch switch and clutch start switch.
  6. Remove the clutch switch and clutch start switch.
