Diagnostic Method

Judge as NG when one of the following conditions is established.

JUDGMENT VALUE SPECIFICATION

Malfunction Criteria Threshold Value
Change amount of A/D for control ≤ 0.2 V
Change amount of A/D for monitoring ≤ 0.2 V

Time Needed for Diagnosis:  200 ms

Malfunction Indicator Light Illumination:  Illuminates as soon as a malfunction occurs.
