Front Cushion Rubber

Set the front cushion rubber, and install the bolts securing the front cushion rubber to the chain cover.
Tightening torque:

25 N.m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.4 ft-lb)

Install the bolts and nuts securing the front cushion rubber to the front mounting bracket.
Tightening torque:

45 N.m (4.6 kgf-m, 33.2 ft-lb)

Remove the lifting device and wire ropes.

Remove the ST.

Connect the engine harness connector.

Install the collector cover bracket to the intake manifold.
Tightening torque:

6.5 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.8 ft-lb)

Install the engine hanger bracket, and install the engine harness connector (A) to the engine hanger bracket.
Tightening torque:

19 N.m (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft-lb)

Connect the sensor harness connector.

Install the throttle body. < Ref. to INSTALLATION , Throttle Body. >
Install the air intake boot. < Ref. to INSTALLATION , Air Intake Boot. >
Install the air intake duct. < Ref. to INSTALLATION , Air Intake Duct. >
Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. < Ref. to BATTERY , NOTE, Repair Contents. >
Install the collector cover.
Set the front hood to the normal position. < Ref. to FRONT HOOD DAMPER STAY , NOTE, Repair Contents. >
Close the front hood.
