Engine Control Computer (FA20): Removal

  1. Disconnection of battery ground terminal (Refer to WORKING PRECAUTIONS AND NOTES )
  2. Removal of instrument side panel RH (Refer to DISASSEMBLY )
  3. Removal of glove compartment door assembly (Refer to DISASSEMBLY )
  4. Removal of control module relay assembly (without smart entry) (Refer to KEY LOCK UNIT )
  5. Removal of engine control computer
    1. Disconnect 4 connectors for engine control computer.

    2. Remove 2 nuts, and remove the engine control computer.

  6. Removal of engine control computer bracket
    1. Release 2 claws, and remove the engine control computer bracket.
