Monitor Description: Notes

The ECM performs idle speed control (ISC) by monitoring the idle speed and airflow at idle. When the difference between the target engine idle speed and actual engine idle speed exceeds the threshold value for 30 seconds or more, the ECM judges it as an ISC system failure.
