Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. < Ref. to BATTERY , NOTE, Repair Contents. >
Remove the trim panel - rear gate. < Ref. to REMOVAL , Rear Gate Trim. >
Remove the noise suppressor assembly.
1. Remove the connector and harness clip.
2. Remove the bolts, then remove the noise suppressor assembly.
