Judge as OFF NG when the following conditions are established.

| Starter SW2 signal with battery voltage X 0.6 or more (models with push button start) |
Time Needed for Diagnosis: Less than 1 second
Malfunction Indicator Light Illumination: Illuminates as soon as a malfunction occurs.
