Cable Assembly Fuel: Installation

Installation of cable assembly fuel
1. Engage the each clamp and install the cable assembly fuel.
2. Check that the center of the cable assembly fuel marking tape figure.
  CAUTION: Make sure there are no twists in the cable assembly fuel.

3. As in the figure, align the guide of the cable assembly fuel with the cutout on the body side, and turn in the direction of the arrow to install the cable assembly fuel.

Installation of the pull handle assembly
1. Install the cable assembly fuel on the pull handle assembly.
2. Using 2 nuts, install the pull handle assembly.
  Standard value: T=7.5N.m {77kgf.cm} {5.5ft.lbf}
3. Return the floor carpet to its original position.
Installation of the cover opener handle
1. Slide the cover opener handle towards the rear, and install on the pull handle assembly.
2. Install the cover opener handle with the screw.
  Standard value: T=4.5N.m {46kgf.cm} {3.3ft.lbf}
Installation of the package tray trim spacer NO. 2
1. Using 3 clips, install the package tray trim spacer NO. 2
Installation of the quarter lower trim LH (Refer to INSTALLATION )
Installation of the quarter lower trim RH (Refer to INSTALLATION )
Installation of the trunk trim cover INN RH
1. Using 5 clips, install the trunk trim cover INN RH.
Installation of the trunk trim cover INN LH (Refer to INSTALLATION )
Installation of the rear floor finish plate (Refer to INSTALLATION )
Installation of the trunk floor mat
Installation of the rear seat cushion assembly RH (Refer to SEAT HEATER SWITCH )
Installation of the rear seat cushion assembly LH (Refer to SEAT HEATER SWITCH )
Installation of the front seat assembly LH, RH (Refer to INSTALLATION )
Connection of the front door opening trim weather strip LH, RH (Refer to INSTALLATION )
Installation of the front door scuff plate LH, RH and cowl side trim board LH, RH (Refer to INSTALLATION )
