Function Inspection

Operation inspection of rear window defogger
1. When the customize function is set to the normal drive mode
  1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
  2. Make sure the indicator light illuminates and the back door glass (window defogger) warms up when the defogger switch is pushed.
  3. Make sure the indicator light turns off and the window defogger operation stops after approx. 15 minutes.
2. When the customize function is set to the continuous drive mode *1
  1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
  2. Make sure the indicator light illuminates and the back door glass (window defogger) warms up when the defogger switch is pushed.
  3. Make sure that approx. 15-min. operation and 2-min. stop are repeated.
