Water Pump: Installation

  1. Tighten the bolts in the numerical order as shown in the figure, and install water pump to the oil pan upper.
    NOTE: Use new O-rings.

    Tightening torque: 

    6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)

  2. Install the timing chain assembly. Refer to INSTALLATION .
  3. Install the chain cover. Refer to INSTALLATION .
  4. Install the crank pulley. Refer to INSTALLATION .
  5. Install the V-belts. Refer to INSTALLATION .
  6. Install the radiator. Refer to INSTALLATION .
  7. Fill engine coolant. Refer to FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT .
