Transfer Case

  1. Install the shift link assembly to the transfer case. Refer to Shift Link Assembly  .
  2. Install the interlock plate to the transfer case.
    NOTE:
    • Use a new bolt and gasket.
    • Before installing the interlock plate, clean the screw threads.

    Tightening torque: 

    20 N.m (2.0 kgf-m, 14.8 ft-lb)
