Rear Gate Latch Assembly: Removal

  1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
  2. Remove the rear gate trim. Refer to REAR GATE TRIM REMOVAL, Rear Gate Trim.
  3. Disconnect the harness connector of rear gate latch assembly.
  4. Remove the two screws.

  5. Remove the rear gate latch assembly.
