Fuel Bypass Valve: Removal

  1. Release the fuel pressure. < Ref. to , RELEASING OF FUEL PRESSURE , PROCEDURE, Fuel. >
  2. Disconnect the pressure regulator vacuum hose.
  3. Disconnect the fuel delivery line and return line from fuel bypass valve.
  4. Remove the fuel bypass valve from vehicle body.
  5. Disconnect the fuel delivery hose and fuel return hose from fuel bypass valve.
