Engine Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL): Procedure

  1. Activation of check engine malfunction indicator lamp (MIL). See ACTIVATION OF CHECK ENGINE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP (MIL) .
  2. Check engine malfunction lamp (MIL) does not come on. See CHECK ENGINE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP (MIL) DOES NOT COME ON .
  3. Check engine malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) does not go off. See CHECK ENGINE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP (MIL) DOES NOT GO OFF. 
  4. Check engine malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) does not blink at a cycle of 3 Hz. See CHECK ENGINE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP (MIL) DOES NOT BLINK AT A CYCLE OF 3 HZ. 
  5. Check engine malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) remains blinking at a cycle of 3 Hz. See CHECK ENGINE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP (MIL) REMAINS BLINKING AT A CYCLE OF 3 HZ.
