Turbo Models

The structure of the control valve is simplified by disusing the accumulator and decreasing the number of mechanical valves. Disusing the accumulator and some mechanical valves allowed a two-layered body structure, which contributes to minimizing the size and weight. Also, the hydraulic control valve mechanism of the transfer duty solenoid is integrated with the control valve.

The hydraulic control system consists of an oil pump, valve bodies containing valves, clutches, fluid passages, linear solenoids, duty solenoids for each speed clutch, filters and pipes.

Oil pressure from the duty solenoid for each clutch will be directly applied to the clutch/brake without flowing through an accumulator, therefore the engagement/disengagement control range is widened and the response during gear shift is improved.
