Front Door Glass: Removal

Remove the front door trim. Refer to REMOVAL , Front Door Trim.
Remove the front speaker. Refer to INSTALLATION , Front Speaker.
Remove the sealing cover. Refer to REMOVAL , Front Sealing Cover.
Remove the outer mirror assembly. Refer to REMOVAL , Outer Mirror Assembly.
Remove the front end of door weatherstrip and gusset.

Remove the stabilizers.

Remove the rear end of door weatherstrip and weatherstrip outer.

Operate the power window switch to move the glass to position shown in the figure, and then remove the two nuts from service holes.

Take out the door glass.

NOTE:

Do not turn the regulator in closing direction after removal of the glass. Otherwise gear may be disengaged.
