Front Seat: Notes

Front seats are powered by 6-position or 8-position switches. Rear seat is not. Power switches are located on door side of lower seat cushion. The driver's power seat switches can automatically adjust the seat's fore-aft position, cushion's front and rear portion height, backrest angle (6-position switch), backrest forward and backward angles (8-position switch), and headrest height. See Fig 1 . The height of the headrest is adjustable to any of the four (4) positions available at .71" (18 mm) steps. The front seat can be slid back and forth within a 9.04" (229.5 mm) range. The front portion height of the seat cushion can be adjusted within a 1.38" (35 mm) range. The rear portion height of the seat cushion can be adjusted within a .98" (25 mm) range.

  1. 6-Way  - The angle of the backrest is adjustable to any of the 32 positions available at 2"steps. See Fig 2 .
  2. 8-Way  - The angle of the backrest is adjustable steplessly within an 18° range forward and a 58° range backward. See Fig 3 . Backrest is adjusted by an electric motor with a gear unit.
