Front Outer Handle: Removal

  1. Remove the door trim. Refer to REMOVAL , Front Door Trim .
    CAUTION: Do not use excessive force to remove the door panel. This will deform it.
  2. Remove the sealing cover. Refer to REMOVAL , Front Sealing Cover .
  3. Remove the front inner remote. Refer to REMOVAL .
  4. Disconnect the cable from cable holder to make cable moving freely.
  5. Remove two bolts and rod clamp, and then remove the front outer handle.
    NOTE: The rear bolt can be removed from service hole (A) of inner panel by adjusting the glass position.
