Valet Mode

When valet mode is selected, the security system does not operate. In valet mode, the remote transmitter is used only to lock and unlock doors (and rear gate on station wagons) or to activate the panic alarm. In this mode, the parking lights will not flash when the remote transmitter is used for locking and unlocking the vehicle.

  1. Entering Valet Mode  - Open the driver's door and keep the UNLOCK/DISARM button depressed for more than 2 seconds  . The security system indicator light will continuously flash twice per second.
  2. Exiting Valet Mode  - Open the driver's door and keep the UNLOCK/DISARM button pressed for more than 2 seconds  . The indicator will stop flashing.
