Section 107 (Entertainment): Antenna: Inspection

Measure the resistance between antenna terminal and each antenna wire.

If an antenna wire is OK, resistance will be less than 1 ohm. If an antenna wire is broken, the resistance will be more than 1 M ohm.

NOTE: When checking the continuity, wind a piece of tin foil around the tip of tester probe and press foil against wire with your finger.

To locate the broken point, move the probe along antenna wire.
