Cruise Control System Will Not Set Speed

Perform preliminary inspection. See PRELIMINARY INSPECTION  . If no problems were found during preliminary inspection, go to INPUT/OUTPUT (I/O) SIGNALS  under PIN VOLTAGE TESTS. Perform self-diagnostic tests. See SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM  .
