DTC P1100: Starter Switch Circuit Low Input
NOTE:
On M/T vehicles, perform test with clutch depressed. On A/T vehicles, perform test in Park or Neutral.
If starter operates with ignition in ST position, check for an open or short circuit in wiring to ECM, or a poor connection at ECM connector B135 (28-pin connector) terminal No. 28. See Figure. If starter does not operate with ignition in ST position, check starter motor circuit. See appropriate wiring diagram in WIRING DIAGRAMS article.
