DTC P0125: Engine Coolant Temperature Too Low For Closed Loop Fuel Control

  1. Turn ignition off. Connect scan tool. Turn ignition on. If DTC P0116 or P0117 exist, diagnose and repair those DTCs. Do not diagnose DTC P0125.
  2. If DTC P0116 and/or P0117 do not exist, and P0125 is only DTC set, check thermostat. If thermostat stays open, replace thermostat. If thermostat does not stay open, replace ECT sensor.
