DTC P0441 (CPC_F): EVAP Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow

Connect scan tool. Retrieve DTC(s). If DTC P0441 is only code set, go to next step. If DTC(s) P0106, P0107, P0108, P0443, P1102, P1122, or P1422 exists, diagnose those DTC(s). DO NOT diagnose P0441.
Turn ignition off. Connect test mode connector (behind left side of dash). Turn ignition on. If purge control solenoid produces a clicking sound at about 0.3 Hz, go to next step. If purge control solenoid does not produce a clicking sound at about 0.3 Hz, replace purge control solenoid.
With vehicle still in test mode and ignition on, disconnect canister purge solenoid hose at canister. Blow through hose to check if pulsations occur. If pulsations do not occur, replace purge control solenoid. If pulsations occur, check and repair loose connections, cracks or clogging in evaporation line.
