DTC P0121 (Th_R): Throttle Position (TP) Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Problem

If DTC P0120 exists, diagnose and repair DTC P0120 . DO NOT  diagnose DTC P0121. If only DTC P0121 exists, replace TP sensor.
