Check Engine Light

All vehicles are equipped with a CHECK ENGINE light on instrument panel. Light illuminates when ignition switch is turned to ON position (bulb check) and when system malfunctions occur. For additional information, see TESTS W/CODES article in the ENGINE PERFORMANCE Section.
