Engine Controls - Remove/Install/Overhaul: Inspection

Connect the leads to the harness connector and apply a 12 volt power supply to check whether the pump operates. Keep the battery apart from the pump as far as possible. Be sure to turn the 12V supply ON and OFF on the battery side. DO NOT  run the pump for a long time under nonloaded condition.
