Diode Assembly

  1. Check for continuity between the diode lead and the positive side heat sink. The positive diode is in good condition if continuity exists only in direction from diode lead to the heat sink.
  2. Check continuity between negative side heat sink and diode lead. The negative diode is in good condition if continuity exists only in direction from the heat sink to the negative diode lead.
  3. On the trio diode, it is in good condition if continuity is exists only in one direction.
