Valve Assembly (Std/GL/DL Models): Reassembly

  1. Apply Dexron ATF to outer surface of input shaft and valve body seal ring. Install pinion and valve assembly into valve housing. Be careful not to damage seal. Put Installer (926360000 ) over pinion.
  2. Apply Dexron ATF to oil seal and installer. Insert oil seal into installer. Insert oil seal into housing until installer contacts housing end face. Install backing washer. Press on bearing using Installer (926370000 ). Install snap ring.
