Ignition System - NIPPONDENSO Electronic (2WD): Overhaul: Reassembly

To assemble, reverse disassembly procedure. Lightly lubricate distributor shaft and bushing. Ensure that flat spot on rotor shaft aligns with notch on drive gear.
Select thrust washer that will give a housing-to-gear clearance of .006-.020" (.15-.50 mm). Stake drive gear roll pin into place. Fit breaker plate assembly evenly into grooves. Check and adjust air gap.
