Remove/Install Timing Chain - AR05.10-P-7602SR

	Remove
1	Remove timing case cover		AR01.40-P-8000SR
2	Remove spark plugs		AR15.12-P-1010SR
3	Place engine at TDC for cylinder 1	The mark (4) on the crankshaft gear (7) must point vertically downwards. The marking (2) on the camshaft sprocket (5) and the marking (3) on the camshaft positioner (6) must point upwards.
4	Remove chain tensioner (8)		AR05.10-P-7800SR
5	Remove tensioning rail (9)		AR05.10-P-8510SR
6	Remove slide rail (10)		AR05.10-P-8480SR
7	Remove camshaft sprocket (5)		AR05.20-P-6040SR
8	Remove timing chain (1) from camshaft positioner (6) and crankshaft gear (7)
	Install
9	Lay timing chain (1) onto camshaft positioner (6) and crankshaft gear (7)	The color codings (arrows) on the timing chain (1) must coincide with the mark (3) on the camshaft positioner (6) and the mark (4) on the crankshaft gear (7).
10	Install camshaft sprocket (5)		AR05.20-P-6040SR
11	Install slide rail (10)		AR05.10-P-8480SR
12	Install tensioning rail (9)		AR05.10-P-8510SR
13	Install chain tensioner (8)		AR05.10-P-7800SR
14	Install spark plugs		AR15.12-P-1010SR
15	Install timing case cover		AR01.40-P-8000SR
