| 1 | Drain coolant | AR20.00-P-1142SR | |
| 2 | Remove charge air distributor | AR09.41-P-1310SR | |
| 3 | Remove screw/bolts (2) | ||
| 4 | Remove coolant line (1) from crankcase and remove from working area | ||
| 5 | Disconnect electrical connection (3) | ||
| 6 | Mark installation position of knock sensor (A16) | ||
| 7 | Remove screw/bolt (4) and remove knock sensor (A16) from crankcase | ||
| Install | |||
| 8 | Transfer marking of the installation position to the new part | When installing new a knock sensor (A16). | |
| 9 | Lay knock sensor (A16) on the crankcase and tighten with screw/bolt (4) | Observe the marking for the installation position. |
