Remove/Install Driver-Side SAM Control Unit - AR54.21-P-1256SR

	Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
	Remove/install
1	Connect diagnostic equipment and perform initial startup of driver-side SAM control unit (N10/11)	When replacing the driver-side SAM control unit (N10/11).
			AD00.00-P-2000-06SR
2	Switch off ignition and remove ignition key from ignition lock
3	Remove cover below dashboard (left)		AR68.10-P-1500SR
4	Place cover under instrument panel (left) in footwell	It is not necessary to disconnect the electrical connections on the cover under the instrument panel (left).
5	Disconnect electrical connectors from driver-side SAM control unit (N10/11)	The electrical connections are coded and cannot be interchanged.
6	Unscrew bolt (2)
7	Remove driver-side SAM control unit (N10/11) from carrier
8	Install in the reverse order
