| 1 | Remove covering over engine | ENGINE 281.920 in MODEL 453 | |
| 2 | Remove air intake hose (1) | ENGINE 281.920 in MODEL 453 | |
| 3 | Remove charge air hose | ENGINE 281.910 in MODEL 453 | AR09.41-P-8621SR |
| 4 | Disconnect electrical connection (2) at throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 5 | Unclip cable duct (3) and remove from working area | ||
| 6 | Unfasten screws/bolts (4) on holder (5) | ||
| 7 | Remove screw/bolts (6) | *BA07.61-P-1003-01B | |
| 8 | Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 10 | Connect diagnostic unit, read out fault memory | If replacing throttle valve actuator (M16/6). | |
