Remove/Install Dual-Clutch Transmission Control Unit - AR27.60-P-0004SR

	Remove/install
1	Perform initial startup of dual-clutch transmission control unit (N15/13)	When replacing the dual-clutch transmission control unit (N15/13).	AD00.00-P-2000-06SR
2	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key
3	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Raise vehicle	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
4	Separate electrical connections (1)
5	Disconnect electrical wiring harness (2) from guide (3.1)
6	Release electrical wiring harness (3) with guide (3.1) from dual-clutch transmission control unit (N15/13) and transmission
7	Remove screws (4)	Pay attention to the different lengths of the screws/bolts (4).
8	Detach dual-clutch transmission control unit (N15/13) from transmission and remove	: Apply a thin coating of transmission oil to the sealing rings (5). Check the sealing rings (5). If there are problems ↓ Replace corresponding sealing ring (5).
	Clean
9	Clean sealing surfaces on transmission and on dual-clutch transmission control unit (N15/13)
10	Install in the reverse order
11	Parameterize electronic transmission control again	N15/13 - Electronic transmission control for dual-clutch transmission (DKG) → Adaptations → Learning processes In the "Learning processes" menu, the menu items must be processed in the following sequence: Resetting of learned values of component dual clutch Teach-in process of component B56/1 (transmission mode recognition sensor) Teach-in of reference positions of clutch Teach-in of clutch engagement points	AD00.00-P-2000-06SR
