	Remove/install
1	Remove electric motor (1) with transmission and the power electronics (3)		AR08.10-P-0001SRE
2	Remove electric motor (1) with the transmission and the power electronics (3) with the aid of a boom crane from the lifting platform, lay on a suitable base and secure against tipping over 000 588 03 62 00 Lifting platform	Secure electric motor (1) with transmission and the power electronics (3). Otherwise the assembly parts can be damaged. Helper required.	WS01.00-P-0091A
3	Remove coolant hose (2) at the power electronics (3)	Engine 780.997 in model 453.091/391/491 except code 908 (On-board charger 22kW)
4	Disconnect electrical connection (4)
5	Expose electrical wiring harness (5)
6	Take off cover (6)	Replace seal on cover (6). Bolt, cover to power electronics	*BA08.10-P-1005-03A
7	Disconnect electrical connection (9)	Carefully detach the electrical connection (9). Danger exists of the electrical connection (9).
8	Mark electrical lines (7, 8, 10)
9	Remove electrical lines (7, 8)	Note the attached note markings. Bolt, electric line (excitation) to power electronics	*BA08.10-P-1008-03A
10	Remove electrical lines (10)	Note the attached note markings. Bolt, electric line (Phase/Neutral) to power electronics	*BA08.10-P-1007-03A

16	Remove power electronics (3) from electric motor (1)	Helper required.
17	Remove the right engine support (14) from the power electronics (3)	Only if power electronics (3) installed new. Bolt/nut, engine carrier to power electronics	*BA22.10-P-1009-01H
18	Read off "Rr" and "0a" values of label (15) from electric motor (1) and note	Only if power electronics (3) installed new. Values on label (15) are required to align rotor position sensor, and are no longer legible after installation of electric motor (1).
19	Install in the reverse order
20	Perform calibration of the rotor position sensor with diagnostic system	If the power electronics (3) were replaced.	AD00.00-P-2000-06SR
